Lanchon Lily Lower Deck: Former Gov. Carl T. C. Gutierrez is seen in this panoramic shot on the first floor of Lanchon Lily looking out toward the Philippine Sea. Gutierrez was indicted on December 30, 2003, by a Superior Court of Guam grand jury on charges he used government of Guam materials and personnel valued over $64,000 to build the ranch. The property boarders the Fish and Wildlife refuge at Ritidian to the west.

Lancho is the Chamorro word for ranch. The Gutierrez family named their Urunao property after their first grandchild, Lily.
